Objections and Expectations


Objectives:

To develop a healthy attitude toward lifetime fitness.

To provide a broad-base of knowledge and experience in a variety of activities.

To encourage enthusiastic participation and respect for students of all skill levels and individual needs.

To develop an awareness of personal fitness levels and methods of improvement.

To provide a safe environment.

To provide fun and excitement.
 
 
 
 

Expectations:

For each student to be prepared to participate in class, to be prompt to the locker room and to class, to be productive, and to be polite to classmates and teachers.

For each student to strive to excel in class.

For each student to learn the value of exercise.

For each student to learn a variety of sports that he/ she may continue for a lifetime.

For each student to set goals they wish to accomplish within the school year and within the middle school.

For each student to realize how to use the knowledge about health, sports, and exercise to take better care of themself.

For each student to feel confident that he/she is doing his/her best if he/she gives 100% in class.
